Cancellation policy
A: As there is no registration fee for this event, you are free to cancel at any time, please just send us an email. Please note: In order to be eligible to receive award, companies must be present at the event and complete their pitch to AF evaluators.

What is the dress code?
A: Attendees - Business Casual for all meeting sessions and social events; Civilian - Business Casual for all meeting sessions and social events; Military - Uniform of the Day; Speakers - Business attire, or military service dress

What about lunch?
A: Lunch is not provided but there are several on site and local options available.

What is the registration fee?
A: There is no fee to attend this event.

When is the registration deadline?
A: Friday, November 1, 2019

When are the pitches?
A: If you are an invited small businesses, you will pitch to a private audience of AF PEO evaluators on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, and to a general session audience of AF and other investors on Thursday, November 14, 2019. If you are not an invited small business or AF PEO evaluator, you have the opportunity to hear all the pitches on Thursday, November 14, 2019.

Status and use of cell phones
A: Cell phones are permitted onsite, but we request you leave them on silent.

How do I sign up for a pitch?
A: Phase II Pitches are by invitation only. If you have received an invitation, please proceed to the registration tab to sign up for the event. If you did not receive an invitation to pitch, you are still welcome to attend the presentations on Thursday, November 14, 2019.

Can more than one person from my company attend?
A: Absolutely! It is recommended that you send your technical specialist and your business specialist to attend; one to pitch your new technology capability and the other to be on hand for potential contracting discussions onsite. If your pitch is well received an immediate contract may be made onsite!

What should I bring?
A: If you are attending general sessions, please bring note taking utensils and business cards. If you are a small business pitching, we ask that you provide your technical presentation to your respective PCO by COB Friday November 1, 2019.

Who will be attending?
A: Small Businesses; Defense Contractors; Government POCs from the Air Force and DoD; Members of Congress and other Government Entities; Academia; Investors; and more!

How do I register to attend?
A: Every attendee must be vetted by the AFLCMC Security Team. To request to attend and start the vetting process, simply click on your type on the Overview tab. We will not accept any requests after Friday, November 1, 2019, and there will be no onsite registration. Please note, submitting your request to attend does not guarantee admittance. All requests to attend will be followed up with a validation email confirming your admittance.
